Sage and Pancetta Biscuits with Fontina Cheese

Mmmm, these biscuits are amazing, I just had two piping hot ones and now our apartment smells wonderfully of bacon. The recipe is from Epicurious. I got these gorgeous pieces of cheese from whole foods...the wrapping is so lovely I wonder what the whole wheel looks like! These will be great with soup later tonight on this blustery day! I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking...
